Returns & Refunds

All items are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, defective, or does not arrive, please contact us within 30 days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date).

When getting in touch, please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

If the issue is confirmed, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost.

Items returned due to incorrect shipping details or unclaimed delivery may incur a reshipment fee.

If you are unsure about sizing, please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

Digital Products

Digital products (including WAV downloads and digital booklets) are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

If you experience any issues with your download or files, please get in touch and we will resolve the problem.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled shortly after purchase if production has not yet started.
If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch as soon as possible.

Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible as all items are made to order.
